Gift of the White Guy

You know, it shouldn't be asking much for the Griffins to actually act like a family every once in a while. This is not an episode of Family Guy. This episode shows us, as viewers, what Family Guy could look like if it was better. If the themes that the show started off with still held true all these years later. I am a massive fan of Family Guy. I even find the later episodes, despite obviously not being as good at in the first few seasons, still pretty funny and enjoyable. Still, when I look at episodes like these, where the Griffin family cares for each other, and loves each other, and is there for each other, I can't help but wonder what could have been if the show went in a different direction. 9/10. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed this special. If you have hulu, definitely a recommend watch. This felt like a classic episode from earlier seasons, Even through I wished the episode was longer and act more like a special but however I still enjoy it. Lot of people hates on modern Family Guy for some reason but in my opinion, there still handful of good episodes in this modern era of the show. I'm quite pleased with this special and hoping they can do more Hulu exclusives in the future. Planning to rewatch this next year as a part of my tradition. Still can't beat A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas or the Road To North Pole.

This was literally the best episode of Family Guy in years! I only hope the new upcoming season is just as good! Despite the one star review by some humorless idiot on here, this should be a Christmas tradition. The plot is solid. The family actually has moments of togetherness, and it hasn't lost its edge. It's hard to stay relevant and fun for two decades, and this episode proves Family Guy still has what it takes to be on top! Naked Santa getting a back massage from an elf was outstanding!!! Don't listen to the haters that rank this show badly just because it's not their thing. They have no reason to watch it or try to ruin it for others by talking badly about it.

I'm getting tired of the hate on family guy it's pretty unfair to criticize the best cartoon of all time for no reason they are still hilarious and brain and stewey are still as funny as they were in 2009. I went to go check a 2007 ep and the rating were still bad!! Anyways hilarious ep! Thank god the writers still have it. It was a cozy ep with hilarious writing I highly suggest it to the family guy fans. Family guy is the goat and it deserves more respect. Not a fan of seasons around 2015 when brain died but other than that the whole show is gold and anyone that can't see that must be offended or super sensitive!

I normally don't review TV shows, but wow, this episode was just plain boring. I watched up to 16 minutes of this episode and I had enough, it felt like a basic vanilla episode of Family Guy with a Christmas theme around it.

The cutaway gags were abysmal, I had one chuckle, and that was the lady chaos store where all the women were fighting amongst each other.

I don't really like this new approach of Family Guy appearing family friendly as it takes away the charm of what family guy is meant to be about, which are fart jokes, crude and dark humour.

If you really want a Christmas episode of Family Guy go and watch Road to the North Pole. It's a much better episode with more thought put into it and the musical segment is just so so good.
