    Ohhh Nick. Poor fellows.

This movie was funny. It was entertaining. It was slightly unexpected. And all around a great hallmark film.

Olivia having the social capacity to date 3... wait 4 men AND organize teams of people to design a house AND film scenes for her show - I'm impressed! That must be her superpower.

I would say my main criticism is that kiss at the end. Did I need to watch them try to eat each others faces? No. It was a little much and not very pleasant to see. Maybe the actors were a little too familiar with each other after acting in When Calls The Heart together. But overall they were a cute couple in the film, I was definitely rooting for Nick in the end..

    Mediocre christmas movie

No offence, but these kind of movies can be great for people who love the (laugh or i shoot) "Friends" humor.

The more did not give me any christmas feeling, more like the terror you have to went to as male to sit next to your social happy cozy new girlfriend and have to watch this movie, because "hey lets laugh fake, and have fun" brrr

i am not a guy who easy give movies lower then 5 stars, this movie does not deserve 5 stars only the staff alone did their best, and it is a movie you can watch in full lenght( though walking to the fridge often to escape) their are way better christmas movies been made.

    Kept our attention

Here was get the start of an antithetical romance, and the antithetical part lasts far longer than they manage in most movies where they try the trope.

A woman doing a Home Makeover type of TV show thinks she's getting in a rideshare and begins bitterly complaining about a man who's been assigned, out of the blue, as the director of her special. Of course, she'd gotten in the wrong car and the man she's complaining to IS the director, who of course doesn't correct her mistake until he finds out everything she has to say. LOL

Then a bit of the mystical pops up as a letter from Santa tells her she will find her true love in a man named Nick. She promptly meets cute with not one but THREE Nicks. Trying to figure out which one the mystical note means, she dates all three.

On the other hand, she starts to like the director more and more.

Cute movie, and one we might decide to watch again.

Best of the season so far

Wow! Hallmark came up with a great new plot for Santa Tell Me. No tired retreads here. Erin is the best I've ever seen her in this movie - so real, natural, and charming. And I LOVE having four Hallmark leading men vying for her. It is just fantastic fun. Each of the three initial contenders does a fantastic job portraying the potential right guy, but each with fun quirks we normally wouldn't see in the leads. And there are soo many laugh-out-loud, feel good moments. The resolution of it all is so satisfying and doesn't feel rushed, even with the high energy of the final scenes. This movie is one I will look forward to each year to lift my spirits. Whimsical, magical, romantic. What more can we ask of Hallmark and some great actors at the top of their games?

Santa Tell Me: A fast-paced holiday romp

Olivia (Erin Krakow) gets her big break as a TV home designer for a holiday makeover on Christmas Eve, she's stunned that the network hires Chris (Daniel Lissing) to oversee the TV and live reveal on Christmas Eve. Throw in a magic (and changing) letter from the real Santa that says her true love is named Nick and she has to find him by Christmas, well hijinks ensues.

This sounds a lot more complicated than it is. And to be honest, I had extremely low expectations for this one. The trailer and commercials were awful. Having a lead interested in three Nicks (and a Chris) is not my thing, but they play it cool and funny. Olivia proceeds to give different Nicks a concussion, black eye and for good measure, poison another one. The Nicks woo Olivia hard, and all seem nice, yet she's not all in, despite spending all of her free time on dates during the biggest moment of her career. Yes, she just might have a better connection with another fella-the aforementioned Chris (if that is your real name).

Despite my best efforts to not like this movie, they turned me. It was good. While it did seem like they crunched three or four different holiday themes into one movie, somehow it works, and I had more fun that I could have anticipated in this fast-paced movie. Yes, fast-paced . . . A Hallmark movie. What is the world coming to?

Goofy notes -Stop trying to make Seattle snowy. It ain't a thing.

-The train in the final scene is leaving for Spokane, Washington. Hello, my hometown.

-Three weeks to fix a house is the least believable thing in this movie. They film Hallmark movies in the summer so they can be ready by winter. Seriously?

-Dating three or four people at the same time is never a good idea.

-If the Nicks do get their own dating show, I would watch that.

Measuring Christmas Magic: Yes, a magic letter from Santa is key. Plus taking a horse drawn carriage across Seattle in less than nine minutes on Christmas Eve is some kind of traffic magic.

Cast Kudos: Nick A (Benjamin Ayres). Who actually seems believable as a pediatric neurosurgeon.

Alternative Titles: So Many Nicks for Christmas; In the Nick of Time; Olivia Dates so many Nicks.

Originally aired on Hallmark on Nov. 9, watched Nov. 10.
