Mon Potongo (Mind Flies) follows the journey of a Hindu girl and a Muslim boy who escape persecution in their village and start a new life in Kolkata, living on the streets like many migrants. Captivated by a luxurious armchair in a showroom near their settlement, they dream of one day sitting on it together as king and queen, despite being barred due to their social status. As a van-puller and a housemaid, they stake everything to achieve this seemingly impossible goal, facing the harsh realities of life while navigating wealth, power, and the extremes of society. Against the backdrop of social unrest, religious tension, and misinformation, their desire pushes them to the limits, testing their love. Will their dream destroy them, or can they rise like a phoenix from the ashes?
