Old Guys in Bed

I was a big fan of JP Bergeron's first film, Alone With Mr. Carter - A short that has stayed with me ever since I saw its premiere in 2011. So when I heard he had a new feature film coming out, I was genuinely excited! And I was not disappointed.

Old Guys in Bed is beautiful, tender, and deeply human. The characters feel real - flawed, funny, touching, and so easy to love. There's something refreshing about the honesty of this film: it doesn't try to impress, it simply tells the story of a deep connection between two beautiful human beings.

The actors deliver their performances with incredible authenticity and emotion. It's much more than a love story, it's beautiful and powerful. I was lucky enough to saw it in theatre, I left the film smiling, moved, and grateful.
