I don't want it to end!

Act 2 is here and this first episode is again close to perfect in many ways. I can't believe how good every frame of this show looks. In every other animated show I've seen there is always poor animation at some point but never once in Arcane. The way Jinx and Isha's relationship mirrors Vi and Powder's is so well done. My favorite part of Arcane is all the different weapons and how they work along with all the different locations. I've never played League of legends but know there is a whole lot more characters and locations so I hope they make a new show about those people/places with the same level quality!

WHY IS THIS EPISODE RATED SO LOW?

I just had to write a review for this episode after seeing the rating and reading some of the reviews. Yes... I know it's not that low but compared to the previous episode and the episodes to follow it certainly seems a bit unfair to rate this episode a 9.3. It is so well made right from the start, the animation and music is of course top tier but the story progresses a lot and I like where it is going with jinx's character arc. There is just so much to like about this episode.

And of course the ending of this episode is really great...probably my favorite episode of the season...............

Feels like the whole series just started again from scratch

Act 1 of season 2 felt like a reasonable follow up to season 1 and introduced a lot of new concepts that would be interesting to learn more about. But then there's a time skip after act 1, and a lot storylines have matured and changed without us getting to witness any of it.

Because of this, all the suspense that has been built up until this episode just vanishes, and it feels like I have to rebuild the suspense again. At first it was really disappointing and throught this whole episode I was thinking "Why are they showing this?". Luckily, the next episodes in this act reels in the suspense and all that was built up again.

All in all, this episode/act just feels like a setback, but it's still an amazing series overall with absolutely phenomenal visuals and character focus.

IshaxJinx you have my heart <3

I absolutely loved everything about this episode. Especially the dynamic between JInx and Isha, which really moved my heart and it really makes me happy that Jinx has someone she really cares about and considers a friend after everything she has been through. I have also realised that her hallucinations have stopped and that really shows how her mental health has been slightly improving. I do wonder if Jinx has this attachment to Isha because she reminds of her of her younger self (Powder) because that's what I get from the whole dynamic. Really loved all the soundtracks in this episode as well. A 10/10 episode for me. P. S this might be slightly biased because I love Jinx so much and this episode really did it for me.

    You're a symbol!

Wow what an episode! Those were one of the quickest 40min, cause it felt like the episode only lastede 20!

This was one emotional experience, with so much great storytelling and character growth! Lots of great visual storytelling! After all Jinx has been through, her relationship with Isha really moved me!

We have barely seen them together, but there is something so heartwarming, yet tragic about them, cause how much it reminds us of Powder and Vi! The whole thing added another vulnerable and human layer to Jinx! You don't need dialogue to know how she and Isha feels.. you can see it in their actions and faces!

The animation and visuals are still beyond incredible! Every scene is something of delight!

This was just the first episode in this act, and I am not ready for the next, cause I fear i might get my heart broken all over again!

      Jinx: Mm, Jinx?

Rookie Enforcer: [scoffs] Yeah, never heard that before.

Jinx: You're not gonna haul me in? Clain the prize? Be the big hero?

Rookie Enforcer: You expect me to believe Jinx, the master criminal, wears pants like that?

Jinx: What's wrong with my pants?
