A father is attempting to send a video message to his daughter, who lives in another city (according to her wishes), to inform her that he is well. However, he is trying hard but he is not succeed until he meets a teenager at his workplace, which is a swimming pool, who is preparing for an important competition. His efforts to help this teenager and connect with him lead to significant events for both of them.
