In a near future where the air is toxic, nature has collapsed, and daily life is controlled by artificial intelligence, even stepping outside has become a life-threatening act. Ofér (Davi Xiang Li), a determined and resilient young man, insists on keeping his routine of outdoor runs, defying both technological recommendations and state-imposed caution. During one of his runs, he's caught off guard by an early acid rain. Burned on his hand and with no time to return home, Ofér rushes to the nearest house he can find and knocks for help.

Lucas (Elnatan Dolce), a reclusive and cold doctor, lives in isolation with his father Razael (Dênis Derkian), a former Olympic athlete now in a critical and nearly vegetative state. Lucas opens the door, treats Ofér's injury with clinical detachment, and offers shelter. The house is quiet, sterile, almost removed from reality. Exhausted and unaware of the danger he's in, Ofér believes he's safe. He's not.

Without warning, Ofér is rendered unconscious. What follows is a mysterious and disturbing procedure. Lucas begins using Ofér's body in an experimental process, one that seems to spark a strange recovery in Razael. Signs of life begin to reappear in the father, and the emergency visit turns into something far darker and inescapable.

Antiutopia is a tense, claustrophobic dystopian thriller that unfolds in the span of a single day. With a haunting atmosphere and sharp social critique, the story explores the limits of ethics, science, and devotion. In a world where life is treated as a resource and hope is often indistinguishable from obsession, the question remains: what truly makes us human?
