John, a married black man in his 30s, is falsely accused of attempting to rape a young, white woman. Her story seems plausible and it is her word against his, if he dares to testify. A distant prior may negate his ability to do so. The assistant prosecutor soon becomes suspicious of Ella's story. What should she do?
