Almost the entire cast from VHS Christmas Carol: Live! (2022) returned for this production, except for Dylan Saunders, Brian Rosenthal, and Corey Dorris. A.J. Holmes took over the role of Scrooge from Saunders (passing the role of Fezzwig to Joey Richter), Curt Mega joined the cast covering some of Rosenthal's roles, and both Brian Holden and Ali Gordon's roles were expanded to cover Fred (previously played by Dorris) and the rest of Rosenthal's track.
