Following the sudden death of her beloved husband Henry, Monique Phillips turned to her local church and mortuary St. Vincent's to handle his funeral services. The owner of the mortuary, Vincent Ruggiero, assured Mrs. Phillips everything would be taken care of, and due to the high cost of the services decided to give her a casket at no additional cost. However, the casket in question turned out to be defective and broke, causing Mrs. Phillips' dead husband Henry to fall on the ground. Determined to get justice, Monique takes her case to Mango Park District Court.
