In Dnalevelc City, Allen Walker survives a drive-by shooting and transforms his life. As a caseworker, he protects a gang-affiliated client. Allen becomes a masked vigilante, facing off against gangs and a deadly assassin named Jackknife.
The film takes place in town called "Dnalevelc City". The story focuses on Allen Walker, a troubled youth getting into the crossfire of a drive-by shooting. He later receives self-defense training and later becomes a caseworker by day. He then invests his time protecting a client who affiliated with a gang. Allen decides that being a caseworker is not enough to assist his client, so he decides to become a masked vigilante. Allen later realizes that there is even a greater threat than the gang and later confronts and trained assassin by the name of Jackknife.—Michael Stafford
