Plot

A space colony teen's life changes when she befriends a refugee and joins underground mecha duels. Her world is further shaken by the arrival of a mysterious Gundam and its young pilot, both sought by authorities.

Amate Yuzuriha, a high-school student living peacefully in a space colony floating in outer space. When she meets a war refugee named Nyaan, Amate is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling sport known as Clan Battle. Under the entry name "Machu," she throws herself into fierce battle day after day, piloting the GQuuuuuuX. Then an unidentified Gundam mobile suit pursued by both the space force and the police appears before her, along with its pilot, a boy named Shûji.

Universal Century 0085. Five years have passed since the end of the One Year War, which saw the Principality of Zeon proclaim victory, and Char Aznable and his gMS-Alpha Red Gundam disappear in a mysterious phenomenon known as a Zeknova. After running into a girl named Nyaan, high school student Amate Yuzuriha gets pulled from her quiet life on the Izuma colony at Side 6, into the world of illegal mobile suit dueling after getting into the cockpit of Zeon's new prototype Gundam, the gMS-Omega GQuuuuuuX.
