Christmas Special - Dubrovnik

It's water under the bridge as Catherine Tyldesley and her boyfriend that noone can stand (including herself) decide it's time to wave goodbye.

Things are far from ship shape as santa falls ill and shayne ward goes off in search of a replacement and just happen to find a failed magician whom is grey with a beard and rather round whom is looking for a job.

It's a Christmas special but no longer than usual and has a lot of tinsel to tell you do despite the glorious sunshine in the baltics and the guests in t shirts and shorts (in December?) So bad it's void but Catherine Tyldesley is fanciable and reminds me of @scotsdee from twitter.

Jack is desperate to find a new Santa for the ship, when he and Kate take a break in Dubrovnik, his prayers are answered, when the big and burley Buddy Elveden, a stage performer, offers his services. Jack and Kate are soon on the case of murder.

It seems like an age since the first series aired, I had high hopes for this one, and it pretty much satisfied them, easy going, season fluff, stuff the whole family can sit down and enjoy.

The second series is on our screens very soon, I'm looking forward to it, but it seems as though half of the cast will be leaving. It must be a job that involves spending lots of time away from home, so you can understand people moving on.

Shayne Ward, what can you say, that voice of his is still sublime, The Power of Love was beautiful.
