"I've Got Me" is a global mental health campaign created by NATAL (the Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center) in collaboration with Paramount's Ananey Studios. The initiative provides children with practical tools to navigate stress and anxiety brought on by war, global conflicts, and other hardships impacting their emotional well-being. Featuring a series of two-minute videos, the campaign uses popular influencers to connect directly with children. Each video addresses common emotional struggles - fear, stress, and anxiety - through relatable scenarios and offers actionable solutions and self-help techniques like deep breathing exercises, guided imagery, and movement strategies. "I've Got Me" strives to inspire and equip children with the confidence and tools they need to build resilience in an increasingly complex world.
