Sheriff Jack references Harford County, which actually exists in Maryland, but the mayor talks about Perry HILL when there is a Perry HALL in Baltimore County. Perry Hall even has a Harford Road. There's no Garrett Observatory in the Old Line State; this seems to be a reference to Zachary's true identity as an alien. The Garrett Observatory is an outpost, part of the video game Elite Dangerous Star Map. The mocking of the tall blond guy's (the one who urges his friends to go hunt for the "wild animal" ) accent is wholly inappropriate. His pronunciation of "come on" is spot on for that part of the state.
