This short film is an homage to Spencer Williams making his directorial debut in 1941 for "The Blood of Jesus." The film was a commercial success, but all prints of the film were lost for over 40 years until the amazing discovery of numerous lost race films in a warehouse in Tyler, Texas in the early 1980's. This is the first Texas made feature film to be inducted into the National Film Registry at the Library of Congress in 1992.

Goofs
Atop one of the tents, the antenna from the sound cart can be seen above the top of the tent. It goes by so fast it would require a pause of the video to see.
