After stopping the UPS truck Officer Penny tells the driver "I love it when a plan comes together." This line was used by Hannibal on the TV show "The A-Team", a show referenced earlier in the movie.

Several Line of Duty cast members have appeared in alternate versions of the "Batman" universe. Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight (2008), Dina Meyer as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon in Birds of Prey (2002), and Ben McKenzie as both Batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman: Year One (2011) and as Detective James Gordon in Gotham (2014).
At one point the peeved Officer Penny asks Ava if she has a car or (as a sarcastic joke at her expense) if she floats around on patchouli fumes. He's referring to the fragrant scent of essential oil from a tropical plant, patchouli. This scent is used in perfumes (for centuries), incense, insect repellents, chewing tobacco, and many alternative medicines.
