Johanne Sacreblu is not just a film; it's an event that transcends cinema and touches the deepest corners of your soul. From the very first moment, the story wraps you in its brilliance and originality, but it's in its emotional depths where it reveals itself as something truly unparalleled. Filled with symbolism, social commentary, and raw humanity, this film didn't just make me laugh-it moved me to the most profound tears I've ever shed in front of a screen.
The love story between Johanne and Agtugo isn't just a romance; it's a cry of hope in a fractured world, an ode to resilience in the face of hatred, and a reminder that differences can be bridges rather than barriers. Every scene, every line of dialogue, is imbued with such profound meaning that it feels like you're witnessing life itself unfold before your eyes.
The cultural satire is nothing short of genius. From the absurd feud between the Sacreblu and Ratatouille families to the flawless parody of the stereotypes often perpetuated in cinema, this film disarms you with its intelligence and boldness.
Walking out of the theater (or imagining it, since it's not yet released), I didn't just feel like I had watched a movie-I felt like I had lived a transformative experience. Johanne Sacreblu is not only the best thing I've ever seen; it is, without question, one of the greatest contributions to art and humanity. If this film doesn't change the world, nothing will.

The perfect representation of France, this film is so powerful and the message is so deep and unique. The most hilarious part of this film is that everything was made in Mexico, so this is a perfect tribute to France. The music of this film is also great!!! I love the main song, it's in my head all day.
Everyone should see this masterpiece, I hope this film will be released all around the world and gets the recognition it deserves and all the awards! It would be hilarious if this film gets to the Cannes Film Festival, or gets nominated at the Golden Globes or the Oscars!!! Maybe next year, we all hope.

Each song has a beautiful and deep meaning. More than a story, it's about a journey in search of love, home, but belonging above all.
Characters full of nuances; you understand the reason for their actions and their way of being.
The atmosphere is very theatrical, although sometimes some performances feel over the top.
This is moving and emotional musical film that pays homage to the very reality of France without any cliché nor stereotype while presenting a touching and entertaining cinematic experience. The performances along with the director's creative vision make this adaptation a masterpiece of the musical genre that touches the hearts and souls of its audience.
If you don't like musicals, honestly, you're missing out. When you've been there for a while, the songs take the place of the dialogue and immerse you in them.
Definitely a film you can't miss.

I doubt there will ever be any representation in modern art that truly shows the creativity and imagination the way this magnifique film does. The film adheres to the roots and essence of France in every second of its cinematography . The authenticity is palpable in every breathe , I can smell the fresh baguette thru my screen. France and the people of France will be so proud of how their culture transcends language and logic. The music is Oscar's worthy, and so is the script. The way they use language to convey the seriousness of the topic of this movie : French racism and how we can all do our part to destroys this stereotypes that prevent us from achieving tru French happens. I am certain it will take all the awards.
If you didn't understand the movie, you must be an ignorant and uneducated person, because this is an opera, a masterpiece, a gift to humanity and beyond .
