    Great!!!!

I was a huge fan of the first movie. When it started it was a basic storyline and itwas amazing!! I just wish Noah Beck had more than one emotion throughout the movie. HOWEVER, Charlie Gillespie killed it!!! I've been a big fan of his for awhile I was so happy when I heard he was in this movie!! And honestly the way portrayed Skyler was so good that I was rooting for her to pick him instead of going back to Drayton. But this is definitely a must watch if you liked the first one!!

I liked the first one, but this was boring and pointless

Cons: WAYYY less impactful than the first movie. It really felt like the whole plot was filler. There really were no memorable moments to be honest. I don't know if it's just me, but the acting on Noah Beck's part felt very lackluster and kind of bad, and this is coming from someone who thought he did a great job in the first movie. I don't know what happened to his acting in this one sadly. I hate to say this, but we all know it's true, despite this movie dealing with a major issue in Drayton and Dallas's relationship, the majority of this movie showed them being very happy together, which just does not make great entertainment unfortunately. And the angst that they tried to force in their relationships felt very dumb and juvenile. With how accessible technology is today, long distance really shouldn't have been this difficult for Drayton and Dallas. They were both being very needy and selfish in this movie, which made me question how much they actually cared for each other.

Pros: I liked that neither of them cheated even though both of them were presented with the opportunity. I really hate the cheating trope. Also, I liked the one "major" dance number in this movie. Would have liked it more if she was dancing with Drayton though as opposed to the third wheel guy.

    Too real

Most films in this genre either end with a happy ending or a heartbreaking one where the protagonists stop speaking altogether. But this one took a more grounded route where both characters chose their careers first, with the understanding that if life brought them back together later, they'd embrace it. Their breakup wasn't messy or bitter. This was definitely empowering and a good way to go about it.

However, the story could have used more drama. A jealousy angle would've added depth , especially since Skyler had feelings for Dallas, and Drayton was completely unaware of it. A jealousy trope after a breakup always adds layers. The movie was relatable and real, but too realistic at times, when a touch of angst could have made it much better.

This movie was just to good

I found this movie far too good I feel like it's better than the first one in a way and when gabby shows up for Dallas omg that's my favorite scene this movie is like the best movie ever other than wicked for good which is in theaters and not apart of Tubi but this movie is just too good it's just like the best movie I will say it like once in a million times.
