Shannan Gilbert disappears from Long Island, Shannan had been working as an escort, Iain Craigslist, Detectives operate under the assumption that she's disappeared. Pressure is applied and a search begins, Shannan isn't found, but a serious of bodies of young women are discovered.

If you're a keen viewer of real life crime documentaries, you're probably familiar with this, even now though, watching it, I'm still as shocked by the crimes, the story is unbelievable, how on Earth did the killer get away with it for so long, how did it take Shannan's disappearance to kick start the investigation, I will never understand.

It's nicely presented production, it's well made, and it's been done on quite a factual way, with a good mix of interviews and original footage, they haven't over dramatised it.

It's still shocking.
