He Goeth Before You Into Galilee

This episode was just a reminder of why this is one of the best shows on TV. Not only is it's daring & outrageous comedy up there in the ranks of the greats like South Park and Chappelle Show, this show has the ability to connect with its audience emotionally. I've always praised this show for its ability to make me laugh and for its ability to touch me emotionally by empathizing with the characters' feelings of bereavement, grief, and loss, and this episode made me cry. I hope we get to see more of Aimee Leigh (Jennifer Nettles) this season as she brings such a great dynamic to the show. This show is brilliant!

Mcbride is an absolute genius.

Some saying this isn't funny and is AI? Clearly didn't watch it or have any appreciation for comedy. The last scene had me in tears from laughing as did many of the jokes throughout. Been a brilliant season so far and I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest goes.

Recycled stories? Not what I was watching. Clearly some people need to open their minds and watch a few other series by or starring Mcbride. Get some Vice Principles or Eastbound and Down watched and just appreciate this absolute fine style of comedy.

In short, don't take life so seriously, you'll enjoy it more.

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH!!! I love the vacation home idea and how we're starting to wrap up the storyline of the family working through their grief. With Eli specifically i think this episode was a huge step in his healing and working through the guilt he feels about moving on. I think the choice of Eli being with Miss Lori is important for this growth because she is such a personal figure to Aimee-Leigh and elevates the emotions the kids are feeling, not that they need help being over emotional. I think the shenanigans they get into is funny and THAT scene at the end? Bonus shout out to Baby Billy, he knows how to steal the show.
