The video not only had Sir Richard Attenborough reprising his role as John Hammond, but also had a surprise, non-credited cameo appearance by Director Steven Spielberg who casually walks past John Hammond at the end of the video presentation.
The Pre-Show Video was created, written, and produced in record time in order to take advantage of using standing sets from the movie before they were dismantled.
