    The worst episode this season

Two repeat guests that both suck. Why on earth would they have either of these people back? He sucks and she's so basic and untalented, it's embarrassing. The skits were dumb and the only good part was the cold open and Weekend Update. Tate Mcrae is terrible and looks like a hooker. Shane is racist and boring. Definitely one of the worst shows in a while. Please do NOT have either of these hacks on again. The only good thing was that we saved time by fast forwarding half the show. If you haven't seen it yet, don't waste your time. Hopefully Lade Gaga will be better next week. I did LOVE Jane's song on WU!

Shane Gillis Should join the 5 times club!

This episode was one of the best of the season, but I love Shane Gillis, so maybe I'm not objective.

I Think we portrayed his style of comedy pretty nicely, which is kinda rough, sex oriented, and more suited for younger generation than old people (wait for sebastian maniscalco for different kind of humor, which I also adore)

Shane is actually a fair actor, (can't wait for "Tires" 2nd season), and being almost a SNL member, he knows how to do a skit.

The Music was kinda meh, I actually wasn't quite familiar with Tate McRae. She's got 45 mil followers on Spotify, so I guess she's known, she sure can dance, and quite HOT so at least that kept me watching the her songs.

Worst episode ever! (Except Cold Open)

The cold open for this episode was awesome! The rest of the show? It has to be the worst of all time. Did all the writers give up after the 50th anniversary special? Nothing worked - not even Weekend Update. I have no idea who Shane Gillis is, but he should never host again. I guess this was his second time? And they almost hired him in 2019?

Not even the fake commercial was funny. The "Please Don't Destroy" sketch was worse than usual.

The singer had to have been lip syncing. The stage decór of the first song was fun, but that was the best of it.

What a fall from the high of Nate Bargatze's second time hosting!

    Cold Open was good

The Cold Open was good, Mike Myers was hilarious as Elon. The Shane Gillis monologue was criiiiiiiiinge, his last episode was alright, but this was just bad.

The sketches he was in were hit or miss (mostly miss) and could of lived a happy life never seeing them.

I can't imagine they would have him back again. Well one can hope, I can't picture him with a 5 timer club jacket next to the greats.

Weekend update was good as usual. Need more movie guy, and Jane Wickline's song killed lmao.

Also the musical guest was pretty meh. Over all I feel like I could of missed this episode and been completely fine.

Bringing Back the Worst of the Worst

SNL, why would you bring back this droll dolt Shane Gilis to host the show, especially during the hallmark the 50th season? Hoping this is the last time he bores us to death with his 12 year old humor... (sorry to offend all the 12 year olds out there... I used to be one a long time ago, I feel your pain). Surely, there is someone out there that can host that is at least mildly entertaining. Not that I can do much better, but very disappointing. I guess on the bright side, it is great to see the cast members perform so much better than the host!!

I can guarantee there are no spoilers here, because there is really nothing to see!! :-)
