Norma Julia is a former(old) elected representative Miss Languedoc of Roussillon 2014, she was elected National Miss on 2014 by the members of the jury of the committee National Miss organized by Leparmentier Michel, accompanied with Bochenko Kelly, Betemps Annabelle (MadamE France 2013).
