This Nintendo Switch 2 ad showcases the console's GameChat feature, designed to enhance the experience of playing with friends. In it, Paul Rudd makes a clear nod to his debut acting role in the 1991 Super Nintendo Entertainment System commercial, which has since become somewhat iconic. His appearance, hairstyle, and clothing all mirror the look he had in that early '90s ad.

I appreciate the callback-getting someone to reprise their role nearly 35 years later is pretty remarkable. That said, beyond a few weak jokes, there isn't much else that makes the ad stand out.
