This one took a bit to come out and it was disappointing, I saw a good comment saying how they miss when the boys would just get into stupid stuff and I agree now, this episode was the most boring out of the previous episodes so far and nothing really happened. It was just the farm is failing and just the marsh family, the same thing we have seen for the past 2 seasons, also they re used a lot of the jokes from the last 2 episodes. I won't do any spoilers because this episode was painful to sit through and I'll just leave it at that.
I definitely think this is the weakest of the season so far but it sure had its funny moments. I don't hate the commentary it had whatsoever but it wasn't really as groundbreaking as the last time, of course it doesn't have to be but still something to keep in mind. I've absolutely loved the season so far and although I'd consider this a grade or 2 below the last 2 I don't want anyone to think that I think this show is running out of steam. I think there are a lot of positives but my biggest criticisms come from the micro dosing joke being used way too frequently and the ending being a little out of the blue for some reason. Overall, definitely a good watch nonetheless but it didn't feel right to give it more than an 8 just because I know that they can do better and I hope next time they have more to say! Love live South Park and I hope Satan gets a happy ending by the end of this!
In this one Stan's father has lost a lot of his employees because of the ICE raids. So he goes on Chat GPT for some new ideas. Oh, and we also see the President get gifts and there are more jokes about his...well, you know. Not as hilarious as the last two eps of "South Park" but I still get some good laughs out of this one. Oh, and Satan really isn't enjoying himself here, is he?
While the series is still hard-hitting, this season feels slightly misdirected. It seems to aim at targeting the powers that be, which is a fair target. But satirical humor works best when it confronts self-righteousness, hypocrisy, or corruption, by exposing double standards, double downs, or attempts to silence criticism. That's where satire finds its purpose: holding a mirror to the absurdities of those who think they're above reproach. When it doesn't resonate with reality, it just becomes poop-slinging, which is boring, and what's left veers into the bizarre. Humorless partisans, however, often applaud these efforts - praising the target, the message, or the outrage, without caring much about the quality. As evidenced by many other reviews, it's just dishonest.
So far, this has been one of the weakest seasons, which ironically underscores just how great a show South Park is, because I'd still recommend watching it. It's funny 🙂

Making fun of tech bros and Artificial Impersonation? OH HECK YEAH BABY. The show is now more relevant than it's been in almost DECADES.
There's even some meta here as Satan can't escape his situation, just as we all are stuck in this reality with no sign of things getting better, just more madness from Lord Trumplemort.

- GoofsIt makes no sense for the statues in Washington, D. C. to have tiny, mushroom-shaped penises after they have been altered into likenesses of President Trump in order to misrepresent history. He would of course have given them large, throbbing erections if anything.

Randy Marsh: Towelie, listen to me! I've got it. I've totally got it.
ChatGPT: It's really great that you've got it, and it's amazing that you're being positive.
Randy Marsh: Is that ChatGPT?
Towelie: Yeah, I'm using it to find a new job.
Randy Marsh: No, no, no, everything's gonna be OK. I used ChatGPT last night, and she helped me figure out a way to make the farm totally profitable.
Towelie: Really?
Randy Marsh: Yes, and all we need is me, you, ChatGPT, and one Mexican.
