Trivia

The Librarians

Edit
Jake Stone is an expert Art Historian. Christian Kane majored in Art History in college.
Spin-off from the original "The Librarian" movie series starring Noah Wyle.
While being an action adventure comedy weekly series, each week is said to (also) have its own genre mixed in. Including horror, fairy tales and time travel.
King Elendils helmet from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) appears on a stand in the main room of The Library.
That show's ratings were down in its fourth year, but the news of its cancellation in March 2018 still came as somewhat of a surprise. The Librarians has a very dedicated fanbase that keeps the show trending on Twitter, and its ratings were still okay for a cable series. But network TNT was going through a period of rebranding, and apparently they decided the veteran show did not fit in as well with their new look (a situation which also led to The Last Ship being with its fifth, and ultimately final, season). Producer Dean Devlin indicated that he would be shopping the show to other venues, and called for fans to support it on the social networks. His efforts were unsuccessful and the series has remained out of production with any of its props auctioned off.
