Fresh storyline with fantastic cast
Usually, I don't continue to watch if the first episode can't connect with me. But, this show kept me fully focus. Must watch. The cast members had done great job and I personally felt that everyone gave their best in this project. I love this show and the idea. Because, I wanna learn cooking and this is the perfect show to boost me to learn and to keep me motivated for cooking. The chemistry bw the actors is already top notch without any doubts. The location, sets, views, the style everything is on the point. This is the best show of the 2025 I'll be watching again. Netflix has done great job by producing this show.
Good for Food lovers
Those who love or enjoy cooking or foods, they will love this drama. The drama was quite beautiful. I liked the way it showed every essence related to cooking like from farming or gardening upto till it's ready to be served and eaten. The cinematography was nice.
The plot was good with some good message but still at some point I felt like it became little messy or too much drama and unnecessary too. It wasn't really boring but still didn't upto the mark. The ending was kinda confusing too for me. But overall enjoyed.
The chemistry between the couple was okay, nothing really special tbh.

Greatness reduced to Mediocrity due to limited screentime
"Tastefully Yours" might have been Netflix's one of the fresh releases this 2025 but the storyline is suffocated into just 10 episodes giving it no time to breathe and evolve, eventually coming out as artificial. Would have been more solid if the series followed a normal 16 episoded template as it would have given more time for character development and time for some feelings to blossom. The casts did a great job delivering their roles. Each and every episode had fun and new elements but often rushed to the next sequel to sprint towards the finale. Im glad the writers were able to incorporate bits and pieces of romance here and there. The story kept taking unexpected turns. The ending left me rather feeling not satisfied. Perhaps a second season would have elevated the experience but i dont think that was the intentions of the directors as this series will probably not be returning. Its definitely worth watching once! Especially if you liked "Business proposal" K-drama. The food element parts were interesting. Thank you for taking your time for reading this- I hope you have a great day!
So far nothing new
The cast is good, but the story failed to draw me in. A stubborn heir of a premium class restaurant chain using dubious means to get star ranking meets a honest, yet equally stubborn chef creating outstanding dishes. So far the plot follows the enemy to lovers line with some lovely bantering. There are mouth watering glimpses into high end Korean food, natural ingredients and their manufacturing. Besides there is jealousy and treason.
It could also be my actual mood, but I found the story somewhat flat and found myself fast forwarding through the scenes, skipping dialogues and never had the impression of missing out on important details. The script follows outworn paths without much surprise. The shortened version is nice enough though, but not immersive (there are shows I keep on rewinding in order not to miss any details).

It tastes right!
I don't like the male lead's character at first because it was too oberwhelming for me. However, as the episodes go on, I begin to like him. I just love how funny the characters are, and how stubborn they are together. Everything in this drama is in balance, so far. Everything is blended well. I really love the vibe that this drama makes me feel. The actors really fit the characters as if they were tailored to play those roles. The female lead is just so pretty and likeable. I hope that this drama won't fall short until the last episode. Kudos to the team who cooked this drama, and to Netflix for serving us a tasty treat this month!
