The film was shot on two days with month between them. The couple scene was shot in "golden" time of October with the trees carrying colorful leaves.
The elderly man scene was then shot almost 2 month later to make it look as depressive as it could be.
Most of the rain during the couple scene came from a water can held by a crew member on a ladder.
The budget could not afford a wind machine so it was planed to shake the trees in frame. On shooting day an advancing storm build perfect conditions.
A few days before shooting the elderly man scene still no location was found.It happend to be that the best location was in a park near the directors house.
The elderly man's face is computer generated. In fact the actor wasn't old enough.
