    A wonderful piece of television

Why do television shows have to be about only one topic. Why can't there be a little bit of everything, like it happens in everyday life, in the things that we watch? This is what Louie brings to our homes. I dare to say that this one of most "human" shows I ever watched, and this episode just made me believe it even more.

Watching this episode made me chuckle, like I was watching a piece of real life. The dialogue is so fluid and honest that it captures you, and makes you doubt if there was even a real script behind it.

This is why Louei is so much more than a basic "comedy" sitcom, you never know what you're going to get in the next episode. And that's just wonderful.

    humor, heart, and honesty

People praise this episode mostly because of its final scene, but I actually preferred most of what led up to it. There are some hilarious and inventive little moments here, as well as tons of great, witty dialogue, and the typically loose, but engaging, structure a "Louie" episode is almost always bound to have. However, you shouldn't get me wrong; I loved the climax of this episode! It was extremely well written and had a heavy truthfulness about it unseen and much of today's media. It's also not only quite impressive and interesting that they pulled it off in only one take, it's highly fitting. It made an intimate and important moment all the more intimate and important, and it was a very powerful and memorable closer to an extremely entertaining, heartfelt, and witty episode.

However, it pretty much has nothing on "Model"...

    This episode stole my heart

All the people complaining about Louie not being funny. What's wrong with you? Are we watching the same show?

It's one of Louie's best. He is an absolute genius. This hit me hard even thought I'm not overweight; however, I struggle with rejection and judgment all my life. Her honesty was deeply moving. Vanessa has been a highlight of this show, I loved her view on life and positivity despite all the bad things she have been through. It's like watching real life people experiencing a misery called life with a smile and tiers at the same time.

Thank you for this amazing peace of art we call "Louie"

Pulling back the curtain and exposing honesty

This was an amazing episode. Sarah Baker played one of the most likable characters I have ever seen on TV. The blunt and brutal honestly this episode showcased was awkward and uncomfortable but it still made you smile; probably because this level of honestly in real life is so rare.

I'm a guy so I have no idea if the lines in this episode are what a heavy girl would really say (or be thinking) but I'm sure it's not too far off if at all...just a hunch.

The one small example I can give the world is my experience with telling a girl the truth one time in my life. I was hanging out with a friend (the type of friend that both are feeling the waters with to see if there is more there). She mentions how her legs are getting a little chunky and that all her friends keep telling her that she looks fine. She asked me to give her my honest opinion, so I looked at her legs and examined the situation; I told her that her legs were in fact looking a little thicker, she immediately smiled and said, "See, that's why I like hanging out with you, you're honest!"

Excellent job on the episode (and the series) Louis, you never stop impressing me!
