Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider

Tojima being a big fan of Kamen Rider and inspired by the character's heroism, it's great to see, his whole life was the dream of becoming the Kamen Rider and he succeeds, proving his heroism and faith, the animation isn't that good, but you can watch it without thinking about it, other than that the anime is incredible.

I thought of this as a random throwaway seasonal anime at first but since episode 1 the soundtrack and animation is more impressive than I expected. As well as informing you about Kamen rider so you dont just stumble around the show confused is really great. So far with only 5 episodes I give it an 8 but that could change to a 10 if the episodes continue getting better. Great watch of the season thus far.

This feels refreshing unlike watching other types of anime, the whole vibe of the show is too good from the music to everything, this anime feels like home and I don't know why. Been a while since enjoying an anime this much. I need at least 4 more seasons or as many as it takes to achieve a satisfying conclusion.

This has alot of anime parody and deconstructive story beats but I liked it . Like I said in title I know little to nothing about the Kamen Rider franchise but I do like this. I can't tell if this is supposed to be a joke anime sometimes because the fight scenes are well done and the animation is pretty good. Also I think Tackle is supposed to be nod to the sexy gym girl cosplayers (that i unashamedly follow on several social media platforms) , the brothers (V3 and rider man) are pretty fun, and the shocker girlfriend is another nod to what I said about Tackle. Tackle sort of reminds me of Birdgirl from Harvey Birdman and I think that's awesome. It feels like Kickass (the movie), the toxic avenger , the boys, and durara had a baby and it's this anime. I like it.

I had no idea what to expect going in because I know nothing about the history of kamen rider, but this show blew me away! It's equal parts hilarious and action packed. The animation serves the humor really well, and I almost cried laughing during episode 2. This has quickly become one of my top anime and I look forward each week to a new episode. I think this series will become a hit and get some mass recognition once it hits the mainstream western audience.
