They All Get Guns

I have never seen an Indie show episode this good. Me and my brother had fun and enjoyed the episode. The episode was perfect down to the writing and execution. Even the boring scenes are entertaining to watch. Every single time a character has a conversation with another character in that episode It feels like it was written by William Shakespeare himself, matter of fact, it felt like the WHOLE episode was written by William Shakespeare.

So therefore

10/10 the best Indie show episode ever made.

I've enjoyed watching this show ever since it came out. Its premise was interesting and there were elements of mystery, as well as a bunch of funny and interesting characters with distinctive personalities. As the episodes continued, I noticed that the "lore" that was hinted at in the pilot wasn't as fleshed out as the psychological depth of each character. And, to be honest, I really appreciated that decision. An insanely good overall plot can be great, but it's the characters and their storylines that immerse us in the world.

And if you think this show has given everything it has to offer in terms of characterization, you should watch this episode - it does almost the same thing as the sixth episode, fleshing out the characters through dialogue, but without boring the viewer with lengthy discussions. Instead, it provides a good balance of action scenes, jokes, and character development. However, the most significant aspect is the characterization that makes them talk in pairs, how they resolve conflicts (or don't resolve them enough for another episode) and how they reveal their deepest thoughts, finding comfort in one another. What makes it emotional is when some characters can't quite reach that point and sabotage the chance to find happiness, leaving them alone with their own thoughts and struggles. This can be relatable to many people who struggle with attachment issues and fear of speaking their minds. The show ensures that you will feel emotional through its incredible voice acting, animation, and most importantly, well-developed characterization.

So, please give me more of it!

The show has come a long way since the pilot episode. Both in quality and the themes in each episode. This episode has been amazing, and here's why I believe so. The show is moving from a silly cartoon into something deeper, and that's portrayed well in this episode. With the casual and usual beginning, but as the episode goes further along, it tackles something deeper and emotional. I think that's great for a series that builds on the psychological difficulties and struggles of being trapped in a virtual world with seemingly no end. I have the impression that all the rest of the episodes from here on out will be just as, if not more, emotional and deep as this episode has been. Overall, an amazing episode, leaves me craving for more episodes.

Silly before storm, huh? DEFINITELY the correct usage of the phrase. This episode is so full of great moments wether they are funny or emotional. Amazing acting, Amazing Plot, Amazing Writing, Amazing animating. It is just so perfect. I love it to bits. It is such a well made show. 11/10. So Amazing.

I'm a big fan of the Amazing Digital Circus, I've enjoyed each episode to this point and with each episode the show has reached increasingly impressive highs for me. I was blown away with how the show integrated such mature topics and treated its characters with more humanity and nuance than many premier televisions shows with massive budgets. Each episode has given us insight into a different member of the gang; episode one and two primarily focused on Pomni but we've since had episodes that fleshed out Kinger, Gangle, Ragatha and with this episode, Jax. To say this episode just does leg work on Jax though would be a disservice to the writing, because in just thirty minutes the episode manages to give every member of the cast a glimpse at their deeper selves and I genuinely feel connected to each of them tenfold after viewing this episode. It's also got some of the best jokes in the series and is packed with interesting and thrilling set pieces. There's a lot this episode does exceptionally well and precious little it doesn't if anything. I won't spoil it here but it's the most significant instalment thus far and gets me excited for what's to come.
