An amazing adaptation of the Korean hit Queen of Tears. Hande Ercel is phenomenal with the cold exterior and inner nuances of Meyra, meanwhile their chemistry is the best I saw this season. Rest of the cast is quite strong as well, Senay Gurler is SHINING as Aunt Yeliz, and Selim's family deserve an honorable mention as well. If the quality stays this high, this has the potential of being even better than original by getting in more depth of the emotional plots.

Because it's a K-drama adaptation, Love and Tears is an extraordinary drama that breaks free from the routines of classic Turkish series. Hande Erçel, who plays Meyra, perfectly captures the character's inner fragility while appearing cold and unapproachable. While the male character in the original series was written with malicious intent and underhandedness, Selim, played by Baris Arduç, in the Turkish version, is a warm and empathetic character. The domestic violence, love triangles, and immoral relationships common in Turkish series are absent from this series. Love and Tears is the story of genuine human relationships, a pure love that unites and strengthens despite the challenges of life and the machinations of malicious individuals. I highly recommend watching this series.

As a Kdrama fan i was waiting for turkish remake of Queen Of Tears.. Since day one it was announced they are gonna do its remake- Hande Ercel was the first and only one i could imagine in this role.. Her aura, her style, her acting is perfect for Hong Hae-in role.. Hande is doing amazing job.. Nobody could slay the way she does it.. I love rest of the cast members as well, they are very suitable for their roles. Cinematography will be great as it seems.. Turkish music and atmosphere is so beautiful.. I could not remember better version of turkish remake.. This is the first time they are following original story and the story is flawless so far, they are going very well..

Really heart-touching storyline with lots of dramatic and emotional moments filled with good sense of humor.. Hande and Baris have remarkable chemistry, and perfectly pair up to deliver the feeling of true love. Cinematography, setting, dialogues, pacing are perfect. The director is portraying the story amazingly. I have to mention Hande Ercel- absolutely perfect for this role! She slayed! Her acting, her elegance, her beauty and cold stance which speaks louder than screaming and crying! She will make you feel all her feelings.. This drama literally have everything types of emotion. I love it!!

I can see the acting skills of the main actor and actress are very good. Hande and Baris have such an amazing chemistry! We all are happy to see main couple get married in the series and we think that their story will always go well but this series proves that it is not. The main story starts after marriage and this series shows this very well. The subject, actors, location and cinematography are wonderful. Even the soundtracks suits perfectly with the drama. The plot twists are not just surprising, but deeply meaningful and every episode it becomes more and more interesting.. Can't wait to watch what's coming next..
