Ask ve Gözyasi

I was about to get used to Turkish series which are about love triangle, violence, mafia etc.. But Ask ve Gozyasi hits different. Once you start watching you will not stop.. Not very happy marriage of a couple which are about to divorce face an ill-fated twist in their life. And the story begins here!! It has romance, comedy, drama, heartfelt emotional twists, family moments. Some scenes give chills, then you have a good laugh and then you cry a lot!

The leads are gorgeous- the chemistry is chemsitrying. Entire cast is amazing! The director is doing an amazing job and of course turkish music which is on another level..

This is better than i could imagine!! I love that the story is very realistic, beautiful and really emotional. I applaude the casting directors for the great work they did.. The marriage is supposed to be happy end but the another life starts after that and I love how Hande plays Meyra, a lonely soul who is forced to be fine and no one actually asks her how is she feeling; she is alone with her emotions and has to deal with the desease without family.. Her acting with eyes, barely visible but very deep emotions are actually very loud! I love Selim and how supportive his family is while Meyra has such a selfish, crazy people around. I could not imagine how beautifully Turkish songs sound and how perfectly it fits the story! And well done to director for the cinematography! Amazing job awaits us!

An amazing adaptation of the Korean hit Queen of Tears. Hande Ercel is phenomenal with the cold exterior and inner nuances of Meyra, meanwhile their chemistry is the best I saw this season. Rest of the cast is quite strong as well, Senay Gurler is SHINING as Aunt Yeliz, and Selim's family deserve an honorable mention as well. If the quality stays this high, this has the potential of being even better than original by getting in more depth of the emotional plots.

As a Kdrama fan i was waiting for turkish remake of Queen Of Tears.. Since day one it was announced they are gonna do its remake- Hande Ercel was the first and only one i could imagine in this role.. Her aura, her style, her acting is perfect for Hong Hae-in role.. Hande is doing amazing job.. Nobody could slay the way she does it.. I love rest of the cast members as well, they are very suitable for their roles. Cinematography will be great as it seems.. Turkish music and atmosphere is so beautiful.. I could not remember better version of turkish remake.. This is the first time they are following original story and the story is flawless so far, they are going very well..

Because it's a K-drama adaptation, Love and Tears is an extraordinary drama that breaks free from the routines of classic Turkish series. Hande Erçel, who plays Meyra, perfectly captures the character's inner fragility while appearing cold and unapproachable. While the male character in the original series was written with malicious intent and underhandedness, Selim, played by Baris Arduç, in the Turkish version, is a warm and empathetic character. The domestic violence, love triangles, and immoral relationships common in Turkish series are absent from this series. Love and Tears is the story of genuine human relationships, a pure love that unites and strengthens despite the challenges of life and the machinations of malicious individuals. I highly recommend watching this series.
