- Three siblings deal with personal changes and their mother's decision to sell the family home before Christmas. Between in-laws, wild animals, and a mall Santa, they try to make the holidays perfect.
- "The Brenner family is back, and their lives are more chaotic than ever. As Luke (Walker) is expecting twins, Taylor (Hynes) is debating a monumental job opportunity out of state, and Stephan (Campbell) attempts to plan for his upcoming nuptials, everyone's stress heightens when they learn their mom (Colin) has put their childhood home up for sale, marking their final Christmas in the Brenner house. With unexpected in-laws visiting, wild animals lurking in freshly cut Christmas trees, and a hesitant mall Santa, the boys will have their work cut out for them as the holiday begins to loom. As they navigate adulting at a level they have yet to reach, they must learn to once again lean on one another to rise to the needs of their growing family, conquer the newest challenges in their lives, and, most crucially, have the best Christmas EVER!"
- It's the approach to Christmas, and the Brenner brothers are facing more turmoil as they are all forced temporarily to move home where Taylor still lives. Collectively, they discover that Barb has decided to sell the house in she seeing that her sons are "grown up" and are moving on with their lives, leaving the house a little too much for her on her own. This imminent sale means that this Christmas will be their last in the house which they vow to make the best Christmas ever. Making that vow difficult to achieve is that turmoil that each brother is facing. Sophie is close to her due date meaning their family ballooning from one child to three, something that Luke isn't yet prepared for emotionally. Thomas may get lost in the process. Stephan is still getting in his own way as he and Susie are planning for their wedding. They are unexpectedly joined this Christmas not only by Susie's war veteran father Bob, who doesn't much like Stephan, but also Bob's constant "companion" Jerry. And Taylor has just returned from San Francisco where he was meeting with a potential investor. The meeting itself and the reason that he was invited to San Francisco aren't quite what he expected as the meeting in combination with Fiona reentering his life may affect his relationship with Caroline in its entirety.—Huggo
