Trivia

94 Feet

Edit
Some scenes were filmed in the Mt.Vernon Indiana area including the historic Caborn Chapel.
All of the Producers of 94 Feet make cameos in the film. Rick Bucy plays the part of Eugene who is leading the community meeting at the church. Donna Botts is the voice of the reporter that can be heard off-screen during the post-disaster interview with "Ryan Freeman" (Michael LaCour). Producer/Director Chip Rossetti can be seen running from the mining office as "Ryan Freeman" enters. Producer/Cinematographer Matthew Ulm is the videographer in the green jacket giving the countdown before the first live news report outside of the mine.
Actor Jason London (Dazed and Confused, Jason and the Argonauts) was to play the part of Shane Owen but fell ill just before he was to travel to Indiana. Jeremy Childs (The Last Castle, Country Strong) stepped into the role with less than twenty-four hours of prep time.
The exterior mine sequences were shot at the Posey County Highway Department facility in Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
The interior mine sequences were shot indoors in the former Impact Ministries building near downtown Evansville, Indiana.
