Airplane ! is by far, the funniest spoof movie of all time. All the others will have to be judged against this one. I never laughed so hard and so often, and every time I watch it I find another, subtle joke that I missed the last time. This most recent time I noticed the jars of mayonnaise behind the doctor at the Mayo clinic. Some comedies are "a laugh a minute", but Airplane is more accurately described as "a laugh every 10 seconds". Most everyone born in the last 20 years or so will not understand all the cultural references so I doubt it will have the same effect on them as is does on us old-timers. Nevertheless, this film was the high point of the Zucker/Abrams/Zucker comic triumvirate, topping their brilliant, ground-breaking "Kentucky Fried Movie (1977)" - all their subsequent films, "Police Squad! (1982)", "Top Secret! (1984)", "The Naked Gun (1988)". though very funny in their own right, could not equal what they had achieved in Airplane !

If there is a better soft-core movie out there, I can't think of one, and I've seen them all. The only one that comes close is "Play Time (1994)". Lisa Boyle's performance is volcanic and Ken Steadman can barely keep up with her. Don't miss this film. The massive amount of nudity, fetish-wear and kinky sex make this one of the most memorable films of the genre. The acting is way above average for a skin-flick and the story-line is interesting and somewhat believable (well, almost). I found that I didn't reach for the FF button at all. In fact, the Rewind button got quite a workout. Also, watch for SC queen, Jennifer Burton, who makes a naked cameo. This is a keeper !

I saw this under the title "Illusions Within Girls". This is a "coming-of-age-in-an-all-girl's-school" movie. There's virginal students and teachers, a handsome male professor, a couple of bi-sexual coeds and a whole lot of inane conversation. This is also a hardcore film trying really hard to be a soft-core film complete with corny musical soundtrack and a camera lens bordered with Vaseline. There are hokey dream sequences, and avant-garde sexual "dancers", inter-cut with short, explicit porn scenes (even a guy-guy scene), and a little teen-sex-comedy shenanigans. I watched it just to look at Marie-France Morel, who's a gorgeous natural redhead. The film is cute, but nothing to write home about.
