I had high hopes for this show and I really wanted to like this show, but after watching the first three episodes of this show, its just ISNT funny nor is it entertaining. Its Boring...there's no humor in the show except for the laugh track. The original series had a lot of great humor in it as well as great gags...like when Harry Stone criticizes Wile E Coyote for trying to catch/eat The Roadrunner.
This version of the show is boring, has no humor in it and its just plain awful....if it survives being cancelled Ill be genuinely surprised, its that bad. Even Dan Fielding is dull and boring...

OK first off, this has to be the WORST superhero film I ever watched. I was a die hard fan of the series when it was shown in re runs recently. Van Williams was great as Britt Reid/The Green Hornet. And Bruce Lee was incredible as Kato.
Where to begin with my criticism of this film: First off, I cringed each time I saw Seth Rogan as Britt Reid as I found him to me dull, boring and lifeless. He did not give any emotion into portraying Britt Reid. There was no passion in the delivery of his lines and I felt he could of done A LOT better. I find him to be a very LOUSY actor and will avoid ANY of his films in the future.
Secondly, the casting was just lousy to begin with. Casting Cameron Diaz was a huge mistake to play Lenore Case, she is ugly, old and just cannot act well. Edward James Olmos deserved better than to play this role I kept feeling sorry for him after all the great roles he has done over the past few years. I turned off this film halfway through it because I thought it was bad.
The only good thing about this film (if u can call it that) was the actor Jay Chou who played Kato, he was good...not great but good.
Thirdly, I found the plot to be somewhat lame, I can understand the need for a villain, but come on...surely they could do better than that...
And last but not certainly least, the script was an insult to the memories of the original actors who played the roles in the TV series. I feel sorry for Van Williams being the sole surviving member of the cast, if he had to watch this film I would of walked out of the theatre in disgust it was so bad.
All in all, a worthless film. I swear I heard Bruce Lee churning over in his grave over this film it was that bad. It deserves every Razzie nomination it gets.

This movie can be described in a few words. The words that come to mind to describe it are as follows: awful, bad, lame, garbage and an insult to martial arts films everywhere and so forth. Where to begin ? lets start with Kristin Kreuk's acting...or lack thereof. Her performance is wooden and 2 dimensional as she conveys NO emotion from her character. Kristin Kreuk's performance in this film reminds people that a person should take acting lessons before doing a movie. If anything this film should of been killed off as its a waste of 90 minutes to watch it. I would give it a 0 for a rating but that would be generous as its not even worth that.
It seems that Michael Clark Duncan and Robin Shou must be hard up for roles if they took this king of a stinker. Don't even bother watching this film as a rental folks, its not worth it and you will regret spending your hard earned $$$ on this garbage. This film should be a major contender for the Razzie Awards. No wonder it bombed at the box office.
