Top Praise: Satisfying ending with all meaningful loose ends tied.
Bottom Critique: Not enough explanation of the time-travel mechanics with action scenes used to mask a lack of hard rules.
Overall: Very entertaining movie. The time-travel element is a great device which carries the story; I only wish it was explained in more depth, but the explanation given is satisfactory. The story is gripping from beginning to end, and finishes very well. At no point does this drag or feel rushed. The pacing is very good, and every scene feels necessary, which is impressive for a 2.5 hour long movie.
Characters: I would have liked to see a few more character development/interaction scenes replace some of the action scene minutes, but overall I enjoyed all of the main characters, including the antagonists. All characters get a satisfying ending.
Plot: The overall plot is deceivingly straight-forward. All complexity comes from deciphering character motivations and the time-travel mechanic and it's effects on events. The simple plot is very well balanced by character interactions and everything is influenced by the time-travel.
Comments: Everything works in this movie. The characters are likeable (or hateable) and by the mid-point you're left guessing who the real 'good guys' and 'bad guys' are. I would have enjoyed a couple good twists, but I'll 'settle' for a very satisfying ending that leaves no significant loose ends.

I play League of Legends, and I find the 'lore' unnecessary although I do know quite a bit of it at this point. I was expecting this show to be similarly bland, but this first episode does something very different and it is promising for the rest of the series.
The show does get over-the-top cheesy in some places (Powder quitting her eavesdropping at *just* the right time, following and preceding cheesy kid-show level dialogue, for example) and every single scene is incredibly predictable. Thankfully, it's easy to look past those quibbles in this format as everything is a bit of a charicature. This episode doesn't do much with plot or characters, but the actual art of it including animation, voice-acting, sound design, and 'cinematography' make this episode good. Every scene is beautifully crafted and it has the 'feeling' of live-action, especially in the slow-motion shots of the fight scene.
I wish we got more familiar characters, locations, and easter-eggs in this first episode for people who play League, but Vi, Ekko, and Powder (and possibly Graves and Jhin...? Also possible references to Heimerdinger and Ziggs?) were OK for the intro to the series. I hope future episodes throw in some twists and surprises, because if the sheer high quality of the episode wasn't there for me to marvel at it would have been very boring and completely lost me in this episode.

400 Days: 2.5/10
When I say the ending is lazy, I mean that they didn't even bother making an ending. The movie cuts off before the ending. It could have been good, or even great. But with the amount of set-up and build-up, it feels even worse to have no ending than if the ending were 'bad' or unsatisfying. The entire movie was only intriguing (and it was intriguing) because you're guessing what's real and what isn't; you're trying to predict what the twists could be; you're trying to sort misleads and hints the entire way through... and you're given NOTHING in return. There are no misleads or hints. There are no twists. There are no answers given. There is literally no ending. There is nothing valuable given to you as a viewer.
I rate it 2.5 instead of zero because at least most of the suspense and intrigue was compelling. But with literally no payoff for anything, it's unforgettable in the worst way. If even one question was answered partway through, it would have felt slightly better, but I just feel betrayed. This is one of the worst movies ever in my opinion.
