One of the more meaningless things is to compare "Dark" to "Stranger Things". These two series may seem similar to someone, but they really aren't. This show is much darker and has none of the funny quirkiness of Stranger Things. Because part of the story takes place in the 80s, it does have some nostalgia in the clothes and music on display. It's more of a match in tone to Twin Peaks, however. With true evil on full display -- not the paranormal kind, but the kind that originates inside the most depraved kind of human. I highly recommend this series to anyone and give it my highest rating of 9. Perfect 10s are reserved for programs I would watch a million times.
I have watched both seasons, and it was announced that the second season is better than the first, but this can only be said when it comes to certain scenes. Overall, it is still a series that is worth paying attention to because of the attempt to make a breakthrough in this genre and some good actors. I wouldn't have watched the whole show to the end if I weren't a fan of the genre that is interested in what is being done in domestic production.
It seems that "Beleznica profesora Miskovica" had a problem with the quality of the script, with toooo many banal situations and dialogues that are unconvincing and difficult to pronounce. Also, poor CGI effects are unwatchable and spoil the overall impression of the series. Although the story is based on a novel, it seems that the author's pretentiousness failed to convey a credible story, making it difficult for viewers to connect with the characters and the plot.

Death Note is an exciting psychological drama that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout. The story follows an intelligent high school student Yagami, who finds a mysterious notebook that allows him to kill people simply by writing their names. As Light becomes more obsessive and powerful, his spiritual duel with the detective becomes increasingly tense, leading to surprising twists and an unexpected ending. Death Note is visually appealing with great music and animation. However, what makes this anime special are the complex characters and moral dilemmas they pose. Despite some minor pacing issues in the second half of the series, Death Note remains a classic in the world of anime that should be on the watchlist of any fan of the genre.
