A couple of chuckles.
What it lacks in creativity and humor it more than makes up for with smash cuts and camera movements. If you write better you could move the camera less.
DAG is solid and this is a great role for him. The character is already showing depth and that's encouraging. For this reason and this reason alone I will stick with it for a few episodes and see what happens.
Spitzer is capable of doing excellent television and I hope this show starts to take shape. Sometimes it takes a little time to hit a stride and I'm willing to wait for it because his reputation has earned it. Fingers crossed.

Good cast; simple writing. This is the kind of show Sherwood Schwartz would have made 40-50 years ago. It's very milk-toast dialogue with bland punch lines you can see coming a mile away. The talent deserves better and sadly I think this show is doomed.
