Enjoyed this - a lot. Not Richard Curtis smaltzy, with fairytale dialogue; or trying too hard like Last Christmas. Two leads, Haley Lu Richardson and Ben Hardy are great - talented, earnest and engaging, you find yourself rooting for them and screaming at the screen, and you can't go wrong with Rob Delaney, Sally Phillips and Dexter Fletcher. Makes you wish you could experience this kind of love once in your life.
London looks fab with all its quirks and beauty. A refreshing rom com with a first rate cast that pulls at the heartstrings without plucking them ferociously with long sharp fingernails.

Avid watcher of Politics Live. Jo Coburn is a political journalist of the highest calibre, she is an excellent and fair facilitator with real political credibility when she needs to intervene. Far better than the impossible to follow Peston and the sound bites that is Question Time.
The format is a balanced panel of commentators and MPs from across the spectrum. They deal with topical issues where policy positions are challenged and debated. The pre and post debate around PM Questions on a Wednesday is a particularly good watch. A jewel in the BBC political offer and accessible to viewers in a way that many other shows aren't.

The BBC Miss Marple series is a masterpiece. This episode, based on one of Christie's best books however stands out. Joan Hickson at her peak, but it is a scene with Liz Frazer that I think is one of the singularly best acting performances I've ever seen. She delivers every possible emotion, in close up, with such genuine feeling and skill it is really quite outstanding. If you are going to watch one of these, watch Nemesis. The plot is intricate, it is supremely clever and the performances are first class. Sit back and enjoy the genius of Agatha Christie, the production values of the BBC and the best of British actors.
