I know a LOT of people are going to hate on this film.. and thats ok.. i can understand why some people could and would do just that... but in a bias sense these types of movies are RIGHT up my lane of things i seek to watch and tbh... it had enough originality to keep me interested the entire time. Was some of it slow? Without question. Could it use some backstory? Sure.. but at the same time i feel in a movie you are just thrown in to a situation.. know stuff is all fkd up and thats all you need to know. The design choices were 10 OUT OF 10 and ill stand on that hill. People are hating on the cast but i personally thought the kids were the strongest part of the movie and i loved the relationship they have with a side character in the film. If you like apocalypse movies its definitely worth the watch. Maybe you will be like me at the end SCREAMING FOR MORE CONTENT FROM THIS WORLD. Cuz i would LOVE a sequel movie or series or even a prequel. It starts and gets straight to the point and doesnt hold ur hand. I dont think its a 9 out of 10 movie... but more so a 9 out of 10 out of how much i was entertained but again im bias and like movies like this... so yeah imo def woth the watch.

I legit cant even begin to start anywhere lol. Considering what the plot of the show is about the plot of this movie was actually fairly impressive and fresh. All the characters u love are freshed out in unique ways including the antagonistic characters if u want to call them that. THIS MOVIE IS CANON AND MUST BE WATCHED B4 S3.

The final battle is absolutely nutty.
