Well
It is what it is - and what is it? Well, it's a B-horror movie with decent actors and a sloppy production.
To be honest, I've never managed to sit through this film - neither 2000 Maniacs nor this one - simply because I knew it would be pretty mediocre. And now that I've finally seen it, it was exactly that: pretty mediocre.
It's not good - and to be fair, it's not really supposed to be good either. With this kind of film, you get exactly what you expect. But if I had to say something positive about this mess, it's probably that it's actually a bit better than expected - and for that, we can thank some of the actors, like Robert Englund.

No this is not a good movie
Apparently, there are a few happy campers out there who thought this pile of trash was actually good - which, frankly, might be the only real twist the film had to offer. Because this nonsense was anything but good. Not even passable, actually.
We've seen this kind of thing before - movies with no real plot and scripts thinner than tissue paper. But sometimes, against all odds, it can still work. Frozen pulled it off. So did ATM. They had clever ideas and halfway decent dialogue. This one, though? Just dumb. Dumb and embarrassingly silly.
This is just a low budget bad movie without anything.

Absolute stunning
Once again, Denmark shows how to make a crime series. As a Swede, I can only tip my hat to how well the Danes write and create both suspense and quality.
Undoubtedly one of the better series I've seen in a long time - great story, strong acting, solid direction, and high production value. I honestly can't see anything really wrong with it. There are a few filler moments, but the show keeps moving and even those parts end up being fine.
Watch it if you havnt, hard to see how anyone would dislike this masterpiece, perhaps not for everyone of course as allways but maybe you dont love it, but dont think you will hate it.
