What the heck is the obsession with speed? It is a tool for storytelling, it is cinematic and it is dramatic. It is not a freaking tiktok. It is supposed to have slower pace. Its supposed to show and not tell. Its supposed to make us feel and make us believe. Nothing will be fullfilling if you cant surrender to the vision of the creator, and you wont be able to experience it as intended. For the real fans of the show its a very deep and satisfactory episode and season, thank you very much. For the haters, take your moaning elsewhere and stop pretending you could've done better. We serve Kier, You child!
The only person who'd call this a filler is the person who doesn't love cinema.
It's not an episode that would satisfy binge watchers.
It's not for those who needs ping pong of dialogues, or for those who find the story interesting as long as theres a mystery.
It's a good reminder of what kind of show Severance is, and it's anything but predictable. I love that it has layers, much like getting to know a person, we peel them back, and get to know this distopian weird world, and meanwhile we get a peak inside our own psykes too.
If you're someone who actually enjoys the storytelling, acting, cinematography etc, you will dig this episode.

The series tells the compelling story of a one-of-a-kind family, spanning generations of celebrated Turkish artists.
The art direction and production design are outstanding, highlighted by the meticulous reconstruction of the family's house on the Prince's Islands. This commitment to authenticity beautifully captures the spirit of the era, enriching the storytelling with remarkable detail.
While not a documentary, I truly hope the scriptwriters do justice to the family's rich history and offer viewers a glimpse into their iconic works.
Excited to dive deeper into the story as the upcoming episodes unfold.
