Heads down the worst show I have ever watched. The editing is terrible. There is no natural flow. Just scenes jumbled together. The writing and comedy sucks. I maybe laughed once. I honestly felt bad for Tom Sizemore. He looked like he was coming down from withdrawal throughout the entire season. It's just embarrassing. He doesn't even show up to the rehab clinic until the last two episode. For five episodes, he's mostly just inside a jail cell quoting Shakespeare. A lot of the blame has to be pointed at. Derek S. Orr. He was the Writer, Director, Editor and one of the main characters. He was clearly overwhelmed and had no idea how to edit a coherent story. He couldn't even get the Barbie trademark for the show, so all of the Barbie merchandise is blurred out. Pathetic. One of the worst shows I have ever seen and I hate myself for watching the entire season.
I bought the DVD at a Dollar Tree for $1.25. I spent too much money.
This is one of the biggest nothing movies I've ever seen. Nothing happens. It's just a group of annoying teenage girls talking with zero scares. All of the horror stuff is literally done off camera in the house next door.
They tried to make the movie appear as if it was all shot in one take. I'll give them credit for trying, but it was obvious that this wasn't done in one take. I saw all of the edits and jump cuts. Having an entire movie appear as though it was shot in one take requires a top tier cinematographer, camera operator and editor. This movie had none of those qualities. The movie just feels like they shot the whole thing handheld. Framing is bad. Shaky cam constantly. And no suspenseful moments.
An interesting idea that didn't work. Now I have an extra DVD on my shelf that I will never watch again. Lucky me.
