Show started off promisingly. The appearance of Louise into the life of David and her making friends with Adele. Louise got into an affair with David. Then all of a sudden the plot gone downhill. It started with the weird relationship between Rob and Adele which doesn't gel at all. Then it gets weirder with a plot twist of astral projection towards the end which makes no sense at all. Suddenly Adele is not Adele. Who is exactly Louise? Stupid show. What a pure waste of time. Wondering how did this show even gets such a good rating. The so called plot twist is not even twist, it is just plain illogical.
A serial killer....and a good son...A big dilemma and anguish faced by the son when he realises his father is a serial killer who killed his mother. A girl who made friends with the boy eventually realises his father was the killer whom she witness in the middle of a killing act previously. In the end, the boy stabbed his father to death when his father caught up with both children and tried to strangle the girl.
Storyline and pace of the story started off well. Audience have great empathy for the boy who is confused and sad that his father was a serial killer. What became illogical was how the boy decided to stab his teacher. He was of a good character and couldn't have possibly done that. And how would the boy for his tender years be able to inflict stabs strong enough to kill his father? Show was quite a let down towards the end. Although it was overall good enough to get a passable rating from myself.

Watched this show yesterday evening at my local cinema. The movie is bad and greatly disappointing. It is nowhere even 1/5 of the standards of the original Exorcist 1973. The exorcism scene was badly done. An exorcism carried out by a motley crew and led by a woman who is not even an ordained nun. No exorcism should be carried out in the presence of such a big audience, even the victims parents was there. You will only have a qualified priest who is ably supported by a junior priest. The lady who led the exorcism has no aura, she is basically just chanting from the bible. The priest who withdrew from the start and later return looked more like a character from comedy film. The whole exorcism scene was a huge let down, saved only by a slight twist towards the end.
Bringing in the characters of Chris and Reagan from 1973 show has no relevance to the plot in this current sequel. The director tried to make the link but it fails miserably.
Very disappointing, as a sequel to the best horror of all time (Exorcist 1973 was the only horror movie till today that ever won a nomination for Best Picture at The Oscars), I seriously expected much more. I would have given it 2/10 but revised to rating of 3/10 because at least there was a twist to the end but it wasn't enough to save the movie. I'm horrified that this was to be part 1 of a planned trilogy.
