Is interested in themes of revenge, redemption, and especially in the notion of masculinity. The filmmaker surely has a gift for vivid characterisation, even if some things are underlined a tad too much. He also does a good job with weaving high-octane moments around his characters. But Ek has little room for complexity so this idea is ultimately squandered.
Mohit Suri's direction is splendid. It is very evident that he has evolved as a storyteller and I love this sequel. This is really best. EK VILLAIN RETURNS begins on a rocking note. In fact, viewers shouldn't miss the beginning at any cost. The music festival sequence is over the top, especially the way Gautam gets.
Beautiful storyline supported by strong acting and wonderful dialogue delivery. Very realistic in many ways and is a true reflection of the society we live in.
Hope, Courage, Family Support, and finally Justice, all of it has been included in this movie. Everyone should watch it.
