This show has gotten a bad rap. It doesn't deserve the flack it's getting. It's a decent show with interesting storylines and characters. The writing sometimes is a little off but not enough to call it a bad show. There are amazing lightsaber battle sequences that are entertaining to watch. I'm a huge Star Wars fan since A New Hope and I'm really not disappointed with this show. I think some fans wanted more of the same but that is boring. I like seeing how expansive the galaxy far, far away really is. I want to see the multitude of planets and species there are. It makes the journey so much more interesting.
This movie is filled with creepy goodness. Michael Keaton still has what it takes to be the ghost with the most. Jenna Ortega as Astrid Deetz is a great casting choice. She doesn't disappoint. The movie is funny and doesn't take itself too seriously. The effects are more practical which matches the original. This doesn't need the fanciest CGI to be entertaining. The music is still composed by Danny Elfman which is fantastic. The story is interesting and original. Tim Burton does what he does best and gives us a ghoulishly good time. It makes me want to say Beetlejuice three times for another sequel.
