....Netflix India, please include female nudity in the second season. Good to see the bold scenes and daring nudity from the boys. Hoping to see some boldness from girls too.
Though it couldn't be as bolder as Elite, Netflix India has dared to create a show with ensemble cast who are mostly newcomers and non-nepos and they look the part, instead of looking older than their characters.
Many viewers are upset that it's not realistic in Indian context. But I feel that such things might happen in the mega rich circle. And the adaptation to Indian setting is good. All the actors have performed well.
But cinematography could be a bit brighter. It almost feels like it was shot only when the clouds were in the sky.

I'm writing this review four years after the series ended.
This was one of the grandest openings in the Indian OTT scene. With Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane backing this project, everyone expected a wild, raw, and memorable ride, like it is with their other works.
And what a great first season it is! It's still one of the best seasons of an Indian webseries. Very few could match it.
But the second season is a very disappointing downhill. It has its moments and for the first half of the second season, it competes with the first season in terms of quality.
And then, towards the end of the second season, everything derails. Plot goes haywire. At one point it becomes too preachy and wants to highlight the contemporary social tensions. Nothing wrong with being preachy, but it was so to-the-face.
Ending was really unsatisfactory. Things could have been resolved. But still, it deserves an 8 star rating because no other Indian OTT show has come closer to it.
